DELETE YOUR EARGUIDE ACCOUNT

You can delete your EarGuide account from inside the app at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete it from the app

Open EarGuide and go to the “You” tab.
Under “Account”, tap “Delete account”.
Confirm twice. You will be asked to sign in again — with your password, Google or Apple — so we know it is your account.

What is deleted

Your account and its sign-in details: the email address and the link to your Google or Apple identity.
The record that links your account to your purchases.

What is kept

Walks you already downloaded stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
Your purchases stay attached to your App Store or Google Play account, so you can restore them at any time.

No longer have the app?

Write to us from the email address of the account, with “Delete my account” as the subject. We answer within 30 days.
